It was super to be out in the fresh air, getting a great work out, increasing my fitness while meeting other Mom’s and babies. Agata was so encouraging, warm and friendly. I look forward to rejoining the classes when baby number 2 arrives and would recommend the classes to every new Mom!"

Fit Mum and Baby
Fusion of Pilates and Yoga for You and Your baby, targeting all the major muscle groups and improving your balance, flexibility and coordination. Special attention is brought to abdominal, pelvic floor and back muscles. Exercising with your little one enables bonding and creating healthy habits.
To make to most out of the class:
- You will need a mat, blanket/cushion/comfy place to lay for your baby next to you; so connecting, gazing, touching your baby during the class is easier.
- Have a glass of water for you and feed your baby before, during or after the class, just stop the video and continue when you are both ready.
- OR do the class when your baby is sleeping- use this time to work and focus on yourself only 🙂
“I attended Agatas Fit Mum and Baby class with my 3 month old and we loved it. My daughter likes to be entertained so it was great that the postures and movements incorporated and engaged the baby. I also struggled with back problems when I started and found there was a great focus on rebuilding core strength and realignment. I would highly recommend the course to new mums. I also attended the first aid class and found this excellent. It gave me some confidence to know how to respond in an emergency situation with a child (or adult).”

Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga symbolises a flowing form of yoga, where postures are linked together using breath. Vinyasa Yoga classes are focused on strengthening core and back, releasing tensions from neck and shoulders, and opening your hips and chest. Vinyasa Yoga will help you quiet your busy mind down, you will notice how your body and mind detoxes during the class by feeling a boost of energy shortly after the class observing a change in your skin tone and feeling around your abdomen. Every class finishes with few restorative positions and through relaxation.
