One to One - 4 sessions

Description:

I, Agata Rossini  design unique fitness/yoga/pilates program to meet your specific needs and goals during your pregnancy ,on your path of becoming pregnant, or as a new mum. These sessions are scheduled at your convenience and in your preferred location. After listening to your wishes about the workout, I create a course of one to one classes tailor made for You. I observe your body movements, possibilities and limitations and reserve myself a  permission to change the pace/level as the class unfolds. It gives me a chance  to create a class that is as unique as You.
