Pregnancy Yoga brings a calm strength and inner balance. Whether you are an accomplished yogini, a gym addict, or new to exercise, you will find yoga to be tremendously valuable asset in pregnancy. Your pelvic floor muscles need specific training to give your uterus optimal support in pregnancy. Deep breathing and exercise prepare these muscles to become ‘birthing muscles’. Pregnancy Yoga teaches you how to ‘birth lightly’- making use of your breath and increase efficacy of uterine contractions while keeping the rest of your body relaxed.
Pregnancy Yoga class integrates correct breathing techniques and strengthening “pregnancy-suited” yoga poses, which improves posture, balance and flexibility. It will increase your energy, strength and relieve tension, letting you enjoy a comfortable pregnancy. Quiet meditation and relaxation ends this blissful class.

|Hi Agata. Baby Elodie arrived Tuesday morning 10.40! Big healthy 9lbs 13 oz!!!! Waters broke Monday at noon while I was visiting my Montessori class, spent rest of day at home chilling out with Adrian and my twin. Took baths, sat on ball and listened to my affirmations. So happy to have a beautiful baby by my side…. All the positive experience during the labor was down to your wisdom and genuine care for mammies like me that are so lucky to have met you!
