One to One

I, Agata Rossini  design unique fitness/yoga/pilates program to meet your specific needs and goals during your pregnancy , or on your path of becoming pregnant. These sessions are scheduled at your convenience and in your preferred location (home, office, outdoors, studio). After listening to your wishes about the workout, I create a course of one to one classes tailor made for You. I observe your body movements, possibilities and limitations and reserve myself a  permission to change the pace/level as the class unfolds. It gives me a chance  to create a class that is as unique as You and your baby.

Studies and research show that the benefits of exercising during pregnancy include limited weight gain, less physical discomfort, more energy, easier, shorter, and a less complicated labour!

My individually designed fitness programs will help You maintain or even improve your fitness level and avoid varicose veins, lower-back pain, gestational diabetes, pregnancy-related high blood pressure, and much more.
