Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates classes will help improve your overall health, combat fatigue, tension and stress, and prepare you for the birth of your baby. It’s well known that exercising in pregnancy increases blood volume, oxygen and nutrients to your baby. It gives you emotional and physical strength and awareness that will benefit you and your baby and it will keep you fit and strong, maintaining your healthy spine and posture. After a few sessions, you will be standing tall, feeling strong and beautiful and proud of your growing tummy.
